Wide Eyed cyp core 3.6 criteria 1.2 and 1.4

Thought i had covered these in one of my work books, obviously not enough info given to sign it off.

1.2 analyse how integrated working practices and multi agency working in partnership deliver better outcomes for children and young people.
1.4 explain common barriers to integrated working and multi agency working and how these can be overcome.
Can anyone give me some pointers the assessor may be looking for?:

Hi, I've added a few links to your other unit 026 post here xx

1.2 You're looking for why, when services come together they're able to offer the help, support, guidance, learning & development opportunities, medical interventions that culminate in assisting children to be protected and safeguarded in ways that enable them to continue reaching their full potential.

You'll be able to relate it to practice by seeing which different professionals your setting or placement is involved with, what experience you have of working with these agencies and the services that they each provide.

1.4 Barriers include
[quote
  • Poor communication between the partners of multiple agencies
  • Lack of information-sharing betweeen partners
  • Lack of co-ordination betweeen different service providers
  • Inaccurate or inconsistant record-keeping
  • Ineffective policies and procedures
  • Lack of understanding about the roles or involemnt of different partners
  • Lack of evaluation and no review process of service provision.
