Need help again please!! :S

Got a table to fill in as part of Unit 25 Task B...

"Complete the following table describing the roles and responsibilities of the different organizations that may be involved when a child or young person has been abused or harmed."

Can someone please help me with this one as I kinda get it but duno how to put it into words...Also any info you could give me on where I can find the information (links) etc would be great (I've checked most SilkySteps threads already)
