1) How do I demonstration ways of helping children and young people to understand the value and importance of positive relationships with others?
2) How do I demonstrate ways of encouraging and supporting children and young people to deal with conflict for themselves.
3) How do I use appropriate strategies for encouraging and supporting children and young people to understand and respect other people's a) individuality, diversity and differences b) feelings and points of view
I know I probably do this naturally everyday in class but help would be appreciated please. Thank you
