Hi, you need to use either the ILP or development record that your setting uses, a format and sheet your course provider gives or a standard form that enables you to demonstrate your understanding of this criteria - google search for examples

The approaches will be the ones you've already identified and the strategies will be the solutions the team have put in place to help the child achieve the goals, targets or aims that everyone has agreed on.
