Default 304.1 reflecting on own practice

I have got to do a reflective account on how i have reflected on my own practice, reflected on my interactions with others, how i shared reflections with others used feedback to improve practice and solve problems. I was going to do it on a child with challenging behaviour, how i used to deal with it,what other staff members said and advised etc and then say how i changed my practice because of the reflection and of the feedback from my supervisor and also checking our behaviour policy. Does this sound like im on the right track? if anyone has any other bits to add please feel free to tap back i am always very grateful.....thankyou........

Hi there just a few suggestions for you, maybe you could also include your interaction with staff, children and visitors. It could be useful to include negatives and what you could do to change it if it were to happen again. If you wanted to go all out you could also include a child without challenging behaviour aswell and how you relect the two different children, dont want to make more work for you but this could prove a useful reflection on your own practice between the 2 children. Hope this is of some use

I am on the final bit of course work for my NVQ Level 3 but i am really stuck on a couple of questions. I have looked im my childcare book and on the internet but i am really having trouble finding the right information. If you could help me i would really apperchiate it.
What i am doing is all about reflecting on my practice and developing it.

The first question is: Give examples of how you have thought about consequences

The second question is: Give examples of when you have thought about asking 'what if?'

Thank you x
