assignment 007 - Task Aiii

I'm really stuck here, I work with children aged 3-11 so I have no idea with children under 3!

Task Aiii is:
Produce an information document or display to be used in a childcare setting covering the following:
*The care and development needs of babies and children under three

For all age ranges:
*How skin, hair and teeth should be cared for
*Good hygiene practices in a childcare environment and the prevention of cross infection
*How physical care routines are used and adapted to support all children and young people's learning and development
*The importance of nutritionally balanced meals with an example.

Please help if you can, this task is driving me insane!!
