Help SOS Reflective V Personal account?!

Hi, I have to do a reflective account and personal account on an activity, could anyone tell me what the difference is please as i'm a bit confused.com

personal account = how you record what happened from your own personal viewpoint

reflective account = how you think the activity went/did the children enjoy it?/did they learn anything/could you have done anything better or differently? etc
